How to buy and sell shares
Shareholders list their shares for sale with our office at CVAC. Anyone wishing to buy shares contacts us and we release the shareholders name and address. The agreement is between the buyer and seller as to price, etc. They then contact us after an agreement has been finalized. The completed documentation is sent out to the shareholders upon approval from a share sales committee.
