Wet cake is a co-product created from the distillation of alcohol from corn. The corn is ground into a meal and run through a fermentation and distillation process to create and isolate the alcohol. After the alcohol is removed the remaining corn matrix is run through a centrifuge process creating a wet feed with concentrated protein and fat levels.
